Cancellations

Once your order has been submitted if you need to cancel it simply call: 01829 741 797 or email sales@turnergroundscare.co.uk with your personal order number and state the reason for your cancellation. If your order hasn’t been dispatched the refund will be processed within 24 hours. Please be aware it may take longer so please allow 3- 5 working days for the refund to reach your bank account.

Returns

If you decide you would like to return an item, please make contact as soon as possible. When making contact please provide your order number and state the reason for the return.

Non-faulty items

All returns must commence within 14 days of the item arriving with you after delivery has been made – you have 14 days from that date to return the item to Turner Groundscare.All returned items must be in brand new condition/unused and in the original packaging that they were delivered in, this also includes any promotional items.The responsibility lies with the buyer to arrange delivery for all returned items, this includes the cost of returning the item. We always recommend that you use a tracked service as the responsibility of the item lies with you until the item is retuned to Turner Groundscare.All returned machinery will automatically receive a 10% administration fee to allow checks and change of ownership details with the manufacturer, this amount will be deducted from the refund total. All charges for shipping are non-refundable Turner Groundscare reserves the right to reject any returns or make additional deductions from the refund amount if the returned item(s) fall outside of the above criteria

Turner Groundscare will notify customers upon receipt of their return. Any reductions will be made from the refund amount, with the refund being processed within 10 business days.

Faulty Returns

Items that have been found faulty on delivery or supplied in error will automatically generate a refund for the cost of returning the item to Turner Groundscare. This does not include machinery, please refer to machine warranty claims.

Warranty Claims for Machinery

Manufacturers faults with new machinery can be addressed with Turners or indeed any nationwide dealer near to you. Simply contact ourselves or the local dealer and they will be able to diagnose the problem and advise you of any repair work that is required. They can then inform you if the repair falls under the warranty claim or is chargeable and carry out the repair at your request.

If you decide that you would like the repair to be carried out at Turner Groundscare – for the warranty inspection, all additional costs of delivering the item falls with the customer and if the fault is found to be covered under the warranty by the service department, then all costs of delivery will be reimbursed and the machine will be repaired and returned to you (at no additional cost).

If a machine is found to have a fault outside of the warranty claim it will mean you as the customer will be liable for the repair and delivery of the machine back to you.

Refunds

Once your refund has been authorised, you will receive an email and the funds will automatically be retuned to the credit card or original method of payment, this is usually within 24-48 hrs.

Refunds can take time to be processed, if the standard time has passed and you have checked with your credit card company/bank you can contact us at sales@turnergroundscare.co.uk

Exchanges

The customer will be liable for all postage payments where exchanges are not at the fault of Turner Groundscare such as wrong models or incorrect sizes being ordered.

Turner Groundscare Delivery Service

All orders placed by 1pm will be despatched on the same working day (Excludes Saturday & Sunday) if orders are placed on a weekend it will be posted out on Monday.

All parts and handheld equipment will be posted out on a next day delivery via DHL. Delivery to mainland UK with a total value under £50 will be charged at the rate of £4.99. Delivery is free where a total order value exceeds £50. (Exclusions apply-see below) This value will be added to your basket unless you choose to collect from Turner Groundscare in Tarvin.

Delivery surcharges will apply for larger equipment that cannot be sent via normal delivery channels. Please contact Turner Groundscare on 01829741797 for an accurate quote prior to placing your order.

When your order is placed.

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order

Next you will receive an additional email to confirm your order is processing.

Tracking number will be applied to your order and emailed to confirm delivery details

If you are not in on delivery DHL will attempt to re-deliver on two separate occasions and failing that it will be re-delivered to Turner Groundscare and a charge will be applied.

Where do we not ship to.

BFPO addresses, Norther Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or any countries outside of the UK.

Delivery Exclusions

We do not ship any Fuel; this is only available to collect from store.

Ride-on Mowers, Lawn Tractors and any automotive mowers are excluded from the Free UK delivery on items over £50. We can offer free delivery up to 30 miles of our Tarvin branch CH3 8EL.

Packaging

Some items may not arrive in its original packaging due to manufactures sending items out in bulk, we then split the delivery to be sent out in singles. All machinery items are new and will be suitably packaged to arrive safely to your address. This is a normal process but if you have any concerns, please make contact as soon as possible.

Damaged or Missing items

On delivery you notice the boxed item is damaged or missing items please either refuse the item or sign for the item as damaged.

On delivery you find the number of units don’t match the number of units ordered please state the delivery as short delivery

On delivery you do not have the time to check the delivery please sign for it as unchecked

To make you aware you are responsible to ensure all the above actions are carried out as mistakes cannot be rectified with DHL once the item has been signed for.

Damages and discrepancies not reported to Turner Groundscare within 2 working days via email or telephone, Turner Groundscare will not be responsible for any carrier related damages or loss reported outside of this two-day time frame.
