Turner Groundscare’s head sales and management team were among the thousands of visitors from 58 countries who attended the prestigious SALTEX event last week. We spent the day exploring the latest and most cutting-edge Groundscare innovations from over 400 brands across the industry. We also caught up with colleagues and friends and attended some inspiring live sessions.
Our team was particularly impressed by the concept launch of the TW 280FTR HYBRID, the tracked variant of the highly innovative and successful Hybrid woodchipper, the TW 280HB HYBRID, from Timberwolf. This new variant is already available for demonstrations and can be ordered from Turner Groundscare in early 2024. We will keep you updated on the latest developments in this area.
Our Manager, Gareth, and our Sales team had the opportunity to explore the latest Autonomous electric mowers, meet up with the Wessex International team, discuss their latest industry tips, and techniques, and chat with Wiedemann about their revolutionary Turf aeration and maintenance machinery.
Our friends at Kersten, Scag, and Infinicut showcased their latest and most advanced machines and products which included an 85” Width Sports Turf Mower.
Although not exhibiting a distinct John Deere presence was noted by friends and colleagues and it was nice to meet up with them at the show.
The Learning Live program offered some valuable insights into the Women’s Ashes pitch delivery and the current state of play across the grounds management landscape from the CEO of the Grounds Management Association Geoff Webb.
The Grillo team reported excellent feedback on their exhibit and our contact Kev Pugh commented that it was “another great show at SALTEX”
